E & C Creations — Terms, Conditions & Store Credit Policy

By visiting our website or purchasing from E & C Creations, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Product Information
Many E & C Creations products are created, printed, or fulfilled after an order is placed. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, printing method, material, and product type. Minor differences in color, placement, or sizing are not considered defects.
Product photographs and mockups are provided for reference. Actual products may vary slightly from the images shown.
Personalized and Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, sizes, colors, wording, spelling, and other selections before submitting an order.
E & C Creations is not responsible for mistakes entered or approved by the customer. Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered production or fulfillment.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. If production has already begun, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. E & C Creations does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.
When an approved resolution is available, it will be issued as store credit only. Store credit may be used toward a future purchase from E & C Creations and has no cash value. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by applicable law.
Choosing the wrong size, color, style, design, or personalization does not qualify an order for return, replacement, or store credit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact E & C Creations within seven calendar days of delivery.
You must provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping label, when applicable
Claims submitted without sufficient photographs or after the seven-day reporting period may not be eligible for assistance.
After reviewing the claim, E & C Creations may, at its discretion, provide a replacement or issue store credit. Products must not be worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless E & C Creations provides written authorization. Do not mail a product back without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited. Customers are responsible for any approved return-shipping costs unless the return resulted from an error by E & C Creations.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size chart before ordering. Sizes may vary between brands and product styles. A product not fitting as expected does not qualify as a defect when the correct size was supplied.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. E & C Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address are the customer’s responsibility.
Once tracking confirms that an order was delivered to the address provided, E & C Creations is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after delivery. Customers should contact the shipping carrier regarding missing packages marked as delivered.
Intellectual Property
All original designs, logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, and other creative materials belonging to E & C Creations may not be copied, reproduced, resold, altered, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or grant permission to reproduce the design.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, E & C Creations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or misuse of its products.
E & C Creations’ total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product involved in the claim.
Policy Changes
E & C Creations reserves the right to update these terms and policies at any time. Changes will become effective when posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the updated effective date.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase from E & C Creations, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms and Conditions, including the no-refund and store-credit-only policy.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.
